Work with Jess
Three months of guided coaching, built around understanding what's actually changing in your body — before and through perimenopause and menopause.
Jess specialises in women's hormonal health, with a particular focus on perimenopause and menopause — the years when hormone testing matters most, and is understood least. She works alongside you to interpret what's happening in your body at a hormonal level, and build a plan around it, not just hand you a set of numbers.
Specialist training most GPs don't have time for.
Jess isn't working from a symptom checklist. Her own research has taken her into the mechanisms standard care doesn't have time for — kisspeptin signalling and the HPG axis, STRAW+10 perimenopause staging, and how to read a full hormone metabolite panel, not just a single hormone level.
Self-directed study into the HPG axis, steroidogenesis, and perimenopause staging — the kind of depth that comes from genuine interest, not a box to tick.
Advanced hormone metabolite testing is something Jess is qualified to order and explain herself — not a referral to someone else.
Results are reviewed and explained in the context of your stage of the transition, then built into fortnightly coaching — not handed over as a PDF.
Testing before it's obvious, not after.
Perimenopause doesn't announce itself with a single result. Hormone levels fluctuate so much that guidance advises against relying on one FSH test to diagnose it in women over 45 — a normal reading on one day says very little on its own.
Without a baseline from earlier in life, every future result is being read blind. Testing in your 30s — before symptoms are disruptive — gives you and Jess something concrete to compare against as things start to shift.
Six tests, six weeks apart, from the same woman. FSH can swing between looking normal and looking elevated purely depending on the day you test.
Coaching, built around what testing actually shows.
Nutrition built around your hormonal stage, not a generic plan — what your body needs shifts through perimenopause, and your plan should shift with it.
Training that works with your changing physiology, including how to adapt intensity and recovery as hormones fluctuate.
Regulating stress load through the transition, since cortisol and oestrogen are closely linked.
Hormone bloods (FSH, oestrogen) and urine metabolites — arranged for you, or reviewed and explained if you already have results.
Three months, four touchpoints.
