1. Refund Eligibility

• The test kit packaging is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

• Refunds cannot be issued once a sample has been collected or the test kit has been opened, due to health and hygiene regulations.

2. Return Process

Once your return is approved:

• We will provide you with return instructions.

• The item must be returned to us in its original condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the product is defective or you received the wrong item, Byolete will cover the cost of return shipping.

• If you are returning the product for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned test kit:

• You will receive an email confirming receipt and the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
