Refund Policy
At Byolete, we aim to deliver precision blood tests that help you understand your health. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer general refunds or returns. Replacements are available in specific circumstances as outlined below.

Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement will only be issued if:
You received the wrong test kit
The test kit is defective or missing components

How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, complete the following steps:

Email us at returns@byolete.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order

Include your order number and a clear description of the issue

Provide supporting evidence (e.g. photographs of the kit or missing items)

Confirmation & Replacement
We will review your request and confirm approval via email
A replacement kit will only be dispatched after written confirmation has been issued

Shipping Costs
Byolete will cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly sent items
No other returns are accepted. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs not explicitly approved by us

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:
Opened or used test kits
Test kits received correctly and without defects or missing items
Orders submitted outside the 7-day window
Services already rendered, including lab analysis or consultations
