To ensure the reliability and accuracy of your results, you must follow the instructions provided with your test kit. Failure to do so may result in invalid test results, for which Byolete cannot be held responsible.

Informational purposes only. Test results provided by Byolete are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Not a replacement for medical care. Our services do not replace professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition.

Limitations. No single blood test can detect all possible conditions. Results reflect your health status only at the time of testing and may not identify all abnormalities, illnesses, or diseases. All results are based on the accuracy standards of our laboratory and test kit suppliers, and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including biological variability and sample handling.

Your responsibility. Results outside the standard range may indicate the need to consult a GP or other qualified healthcare provider. You are solely responsible for seeking further medical advice or care based on your results — including where results are abnormal or where you have ongoing symptoms or concerns.

Byolete provides access to a secure online portal where test results will be made available. You agree not to share or distribute any portal content without our permission.

Consultations are informational only. Any advice or guidance provided during video consultations is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor for medical concerns.

All content, designs, and materials on our website — including test kits, reports, and video consultations — are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
