Ferritin – Shows how much iron your body has stored.
Transferrin Saturation – Indicates how effectively your body is transporting iron.
Total Iron Binding Capacity – Measures your blood’s ability to carry iron.
Unsaturated Iron Binding Capacity – Reflects how much iron-binding capacity is still available in your blood.

Fast for 9–12 hours before taking your test – water is allowed (please ensure this is safe to do so with your medical status).
Complete the test in the morning, ideally between 7–10 AM.
Take your sample between Monday and Thursday to avoid postal delays over the weekend.
Stay well-hydrated the day before to help blood flow easily.
Avoid intense exercise 24 hours before your sample.
